When you make an enquiry for a wedding cake, you can have a free discovery call (phone or video call) to discuss design ideas and preferences.Quotation & Booking
After the initial discussion, you will receive a quote for the wedding cake. If you are happy with the quote, you are required to pay a non-refundable booking fee to secure your order.Final Cake Design Meeting
(5-6 Months Before the Wedding) Approximately 5-6 months before the wedding date, we have a final cake design meeting in person. During this meeting, we discuss all the details including colour schemes, flowers, timelines, and any specific requirements. You will also receive a wedding cake sample box to try out different flavours and choose your favourites.Balance Payment
(1 Month Before the Wedding) The balance payment for the wedding cake is due 1 month before the wedding date. At this stage, no changes can be made to the cake design.Coordination with Venue
or Wedding Planner
I will liaise with the venue or wedding planner to determine the setup time at the venue and provide any necessary details they require. This ensures a smooth and seamless cake delivery and setup.Wedding Day Setup
